  • 200 gr bulghur can be rice or quinoa as an alternative
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 400 ml water boiled
  • 100 ml cream
  • 25 gr parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper


  • Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into the pan, add 1 chopped onion and 2 chopped cloves of garlic and fry for 3 minutes.
  • Add 200 gr of bulghur (rice or kinoa as an alternative) to it and roast it for 10 more minutes.
  • Add a teaspoon of turmeric and roast for two more minutes.
  • Add a glass of white wine, boil for 2 minutes.
  • Add 400 ml of boiling water and continue boiling for 20 minutes untillall the water is absorbed.
  • In the next step, add 100 ml of cream, wait for the cream to draw.
  • Add 25 gr of grated parmesan cheese, add a teaspoon of black pepper and mix thoroughly with bulghur.
  • Serve immediately.
