  • 100 ml of oil
  • 100 ml of water
  • 1 lt of milk
  • 250 g of granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 20 g of baking powder
  • 5 g of vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 125 g of chocolate powder
  • 150 g of whipped cream powder


  • Put 4 eggs into a bowl
  • Add 250 g of powdered sugar on it
  • Beat with a mixer for 5 minutes until it gets creamy
  • Add oil, water, vanilla, cocoa, baking powder, and beat more
  • Add the flour little by little and mix for 5 minutes
  • Oil the bottom of a pyrex tray, pour the mixture and cook for 30 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius (338 degrees Fahrenheit)
  • For the whipped cream:
  • Add 150 g of whipped cream powder and 200 ml of milk to a bowl and beat for 5 minutes
  • Keep in the fridge for 20 minutes (Preferably ready-made whipped cream can be used.)
  • For the chocolate sauce:
  • Add 125 g of chocolate powder into 500 ml of milk and stir until it boils
  • After boiling, continue to stir for 3 more minutes then let it cool
  • Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes
  • Make holes in the cake with a toothpick
  • Pour 400 ml of milk on it slowly and little by little
  • Keep in the fridge for 2 hours
  • Take the cake out of the refrigerator 2 hours later
  • Firstly, spread the whipped cream and then the chocolate sauce on it
  • Leave it in the fridge for 2 hours and serve cold



You may serve with fresh fruits or nuts on it.
