Green Peppers Jam Recipe
- 10 green peppers
- 350 g sugar
- a little grated nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon of starch
- half a teaspoon of lemon salt
- 800 ml of water
- Chop 5 green peppers into cubes. Crush 5 pieces in the blender by adding 600 ml of water. Pour it all into a pot and boil for 15 minutes on high heat.
- After 15 minutes of boiling, add 200 ml of water, 350 gr granulated sugar, and a small amount of grated nutmeg and keep boiling on low heat for 45 min.
- Add lemon salt to boiling jam for 45 minutes. Dilute the starch with a little water and gradually add it to the jam. Boil another 5 minutes and let it cool.
