Ingredients
  

  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 potato
  • 1 to mato
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 250 grams of lamb meat
  • 0.50 ml of vegetable oil
  • 10 grams of black pepper
  • 10 grams of chili pepper
  • 10 grams of cumin
  • 10 grams of salt
  • 20 grams tomato paste
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 0.5 ml water optionally

Instructions
 

  • Dice all the vegetables and the lamb meat
  • Mix them with all the spices and the oil in a bowl.
  • Pour the tomato paste into the bowl and keep mixing.
  • Pour all the mixture into the oiled casserole bowl and bake for 2 hours at 160 C degrees (320 F).
  • Serve hot.
