Meaty Beans Recipe Ingredients:
300 g dried beans, 300 g beef, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped red pepper, 2 finely chopped green peppers, 1 grated tomato, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 1 tablespoon pepper paste, 1 tea spoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of chili peppers, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of salt, 600 ml of broth, 600 ml of hot water, 4 tablespoons (60 ml) of oil.
Meaty Beans Recipe:
Soak the beans in water for 12 hours. Drain the beans that have been in water for 12 hours and wash them well and leave to drain.
Cook 300 grams of meat in a saucepan with the lid closed. Wait about 5 minutes to absorb its water after cooking.
Roast the meat with some oil. Add a finely chopped onion and fry for 2 more minutes. Add finely chopped red and 2 green peppers and fry for 2 minutes. Pour 1 grated tomato, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 1 tablespoon pepper paste, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon cumin and roast for 5 minutes.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the beans and keep cooking by stirring. Pour 600 ml of broth and 600 ml of hot water and over medium heat for 1.5 hours until the beans are cooked.
