Quince Jam Recipe Ingredients:
1 kg of quince, 700 grams of granulated sugar, 600 ml of water, 1 cinnamon stick, 5 cloves, half a teaspoon of lemon salt, half a lemon, quince seeds.
Quince Jam Recipe:
Cut the quinces into cubes and put them in lemon water so that they do not darken. Separate the quince seeds and leave them to stand. Strain the quince with lemon juice, add 600 ml of water, take it to the stove, cover the pot and boil for 10 minutes.
Add 700 grams of granulated sugar, 1 stick of cinnamon, 5 cloves, 10 quince seeds to the boiled quinces for 10 minutes. Boil on low heat for about 1 hour. Put the cloves and quince seeds in a net and throw.
Stir occasionally if any foam accumulates on it. Add the lemon salt just 5 minutes before it is cooked. After boiling, turn off the stove and pour it into the jar.
