  • 1 whole duck
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground red pepper
  • 75 ml of oil
  • 2 leek stalks
  • 10 ice
  • 400 ml cold water & 200 ml hot water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 dessert spoon sesame
  • 200 ml sweet chili sauce
  • 50 ml oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp fresh finely chopped ginger
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped soybean sprouts
  • 700 g egg noodles
  • 1 julienn chopped carrot
  • 1 julienn chopped zucchini
  • 1 julienn chopped green pepper
  • 1 julienn chopped red pepper
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
  • 1 pinch finely chopped scallion
  • 1 bowl soy sprouts
  • 1 pinch of powder ginger
  • some sesame oil
  • some dark soy sauce


  • Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper, 50 ml of oil in a bowl and mix.
  • Spread the sauce all over the duck and bake for 2.5 hours at 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit). (cook at this temperature until you're sure that it's cooked.)
  • Finely chop the leeks lengthwise. Put it in a bowl of ice and water and put it in the fridge and let it wait.
  • Add four eggs, salt, and pepper into a bowl and whisk.
  • Put some oil onto an omelette pan and fry the eggs and cut it into cubes as seen in the video.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of oil, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste to a pan and fry for 3 minutes.
  • Add 400 ml of water. After it boils, add salt, black pepper, cumin, and thyme and mix.
  • Fry the fresh gingers for 2 minutes.
  • Add sesame seeds and fry for 1 more minute.
  • Add sweet chili sauce and oyster sauce, respectively.
  • Stir a bit. Add 1 teaspoon of ground ginger. Add 200 ml of hot water. Add the soy sprouts, cook for 3 minutes and serve.
  • Boil the pasta for 6 minutes and strain.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and mix. Leave it to rest.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of oil onto a pan, add fresh ginger and garlic cloves and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Then add the carrots, red and green peppers. Fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add the zucchinis.
  • Fry for 1 minute. Then pour the tomato paste sauce we made before into the pasta.
  • Add the green onion, soybean sprouts, and the pieces of eggs we cooked earlier.
  • Sprinkle with salt and ginger powder and serve.
