Wholemeal Bread – Turkish Bread Recipe

Ingredients for Wholemeal Bread:

450 g of flour, 20 g of fresh yeast, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 250 ml of water, 1 teaspoon of black seed, 1 tbsp of oats.

Wholemeal Bread Recipe:

Pour 250 ml of water, 20 g of fresh yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar into a bowl, mix and let it rest for 15 minutes. Add salt and oil. Pour the flour by kneading it slowly and cover the dough. Let it rest for 2 hours. After resting for 2 hours, flour the dough a little and shape it with your hands as shown in the video. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on a baking tray lined with baking paper and put the dough on the tray. Scratch it with a sharp knife. Scrub it with a mixture of oil and water. sprinkle with cumin. cover with a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour. After resting for 1 hour, bake the dough in 180 degree oven for 1 hour. (put water in a bowl at the bottom of the oven).
